Financial contributions and assistance

Voluntary School Contributions and Elective Subject Contributions

Voluntary School Contributions

Like all NSW public schools, we can request subject contributions to enhance our educational programs. Please note that payment of these contributions is voluntary.

There are some costs involved in attending school. Please contact our school for details about what your child may need so you can plan your budget. These include.

  • Elective Subject Contributions (see information below)
  • Extra-Curricular Programs (includes programs such as Band, Dance, Drama, Duke of Edinburgh, Tutorial Programs etc)
  • Recreational Sport / Sporting Programs

Elective Subject Contributions

Elective subject contributions are those the school requests from parents and carers for elective subjects in which the student is enrolled, for resources that go beyond the minimum requirements of the curriculum.

If elective subject contributions are requested, the school should communicate what the school provides beyond the minimum curriculum requirements, such as the arts or sports programs.

Elective Subject Contributions are listed in the Subject Selection Booklets.

Parents and carers who are unable to pay elective subject contributions because of financial hardship may be eligible for assistance from the school.

Financial Assistance

If you are unable to pay school contributions because of financial hardship, you may be eligible for assistance from the school.

The school will ensure no student or family suffers any discrimination or embarrassment over the inability to pay school contributions.

School Contributions and Financial Assistance

There are some costs associated with going to school that you may find it helpful to plan and budget for.

Costs to consider include:

  • uniforms

  • co-curricular activities.

Voluntary school contributions

Like all NSW public schools, we can request contributions to enhance our educational and sporting programs including elective subjects. School contributions help provide additional educational resources for the benefit of students. Payment is voluntary.

Financial assistance
